It begins with a visit to our Wilmington showroom where we’ll sit down and listen to your story. What works. What doesn’t. What’s on your wish list. Then we’ll begin to discuss your ideas with our recommendations. While there, you can browse all of our displays to react to color, style, layouts, and finishes. Next, we’ll schedule and in-home assessment to provide you with a proposal and timeline.
We want your kitchen or bath to match your design personality. Modern or traditional or rustic or eclectic. This is your living space and should be a place that reflects your unique style. Our family of consultants are available to help you pull a concept into a visual that you can take home and bring to life. Every detail matters. And, you’ll enjoy the warm and friendly atmosphere that feels like a family visit.
Once the in-home assessment is complete, our designers will provide you with a couple of options that will complement your home and vision. We will also help with appliances, hardware, finishes, backsplash tile selection and of course granite or quartz counter-topping. We’ll help to bring the entire concept together so that you will be able to envision the final result with excitement.
Our workmen will arrive on time and complete demolition usually within 1-2 days. Installation, plumbing, electrical work, tile and countertop installation, and fine carpentry finishes can take up to another week in some cases. However, we won’t leave you with a half-finished project. Be assured that we will have you up and running as quickly as possible. And, when we leave, your space will be clean and ready to enjoy.
